Why train here

Train BJJ (Gi & No-Gi), Muay Thai and Freestyle Wrestling under one roof. Switch it up or specialise, all on one membership.

Black belts, IBJJF and European medallists, pro Muay Thai fighters and a Dagestan-trained wrestling coach, all teaching with zero ego.

Most members started knowing nothing. Coaches meet you wherever you're at, and '#1 most welcoming gym' is the line reviewers use most.

Forget the treadmill. A round of rolling or a Muay Thai pad session leaves you soaked, gassed and genuinely fitter, building real strength and stamina while you learn skills you'll actually use.
The three disciplines
New to martial arts? Here's the short version - no jargon, no prior knowledge required.
Ground-based grappling: control, leverage and submissions. You'll learn to stay calm and win positions against bigger opponents. Built for beginners and competitors alike.
The 'art of eight limbs': punches, kicks, elbows and knees, plus pad and conditioning work. Technique first, sparring only when you're ready.
Explosive takedowns, control and balance, coached 'as they do it in Dagestan.' The fastest way to learn how to put a fight where you want it.
You don't have to pick. One membership covers all three: most members start with BJJ and add Muay Thai or Wrestling once they've found their feet. Every discipline has a clear beginner path, and the coaches will point you to the right class on your first visit.
The classes
New to all of this? Every class has a beginner path - just book a trial and turn up.

Roll smart, not just hard.
Our core class: technique, drilling and live rolling in both Gi and No-Gi. Total beginners welcome - you'll be partnered and looked after from day one.

Discipline, confidence, no bullies.
Gi & No-Gi BJJ for kids, taught by dedicated kids coaches. Builds technical skill alongside character, focus and self-confidence.

Your space on the mats.
Women-only BJJ (Gi & No-Gi) on Thursdays and Saturdays with Coach Fernanda. A relaxed, supportive intro for women new to grappling - and a serious training room for those who aren't.

Eight limbs, proper technique.
Striking, pad work and conditioning on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (Sunday 10am coming soon). Beginner-friendly - sparring only when you're ready.

Takedowns, Dagestan-style.
Explosive takedowns, control and balance with Olympic-Training-Centre / Dagestan-lineage coaching. Sharpens every other discipline you train.

GrappleZone is a young academy - just over a year and a half on the mats. In that time we've gone from a handful of people to a full, three-discipline club that's faced hard times, shared a lot of laughs, and recently awarded its very first coloured belts.
That's why we run the place the way we do: no joining fee, no contracts, no ego - just good rounds, real coaching, and everyone backing each other. Whether you've never trained or you compete, you're building this club with us.
Community
Reviewers say it more than anything else: this is the most welcoming room they've trained in. Travellers drop in from abroad, total beginners stay for years, and nobody trains with an ego.
